the flowering of I Love You(th)-NaPoWriMo-Day 8

the free(sia) flecks, scent of
baby’s breath fleeting birds
of paradise, snapdragon gingers
hollowed into irises that scream
calla(te) to the asters, quince veces,
Queen Anne’s lace under the stems
like thighs, waxflower stickiness
from the leptio(sperm)um, a pear
blossom penetrating into the dirt
like anemones, or kangaroo paws
scratching into the mud.
